Business Intelligence/Supply Chain Analyst

">About the Role

This is a key position in our Supply Chain & Platforms department that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The role involves collaborating with various teams to develop tools, dashboards, and processes that support meaningful insights to drive business efficiencies and growth.

  • Design and maintain reporting tools & dashboards using MS Excel and Power BI.
  • Provide accurate and timely insights to identify areas of cost savings, business opportunities, and efficiencies to support business decision-making.
  • Provide analytical support to the marketing team to improve data efficiency.
  • Provide project support as needed.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiencies.
  • Prepare and present business intelligence reports to a range of stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across the organisation to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and maintaining reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Providing accurate and timely insights to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborating with various teams to develop and implement solutions.
  • Providing analytical support to the marketing team.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 3-5 years of data analyst experience.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Commerce, or a related discipline.
