The ideal candidate will combine their passion for property with exceptional sales and customer service skills, ensuring outstanding results for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend open inspections and auctions
  • Provide advice and service to clients
  • Prospect, list, and sell property
  • Deliver exceptional client service and management
  • Attend appraisals and settle transactions smoothly

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in real estate
  • A current Real Estate License and Certificate IV in Property Services
  • Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Agent Box
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technology skills and adaptability
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
