We currently have the following positions available, commencing Term 4, 2025:

  • 1x - permanent part-time (0.76FTE) position
  • 1x - permanent part-time (0.5FTE) position

Balcatta Senior High School (SHS) is situated in the northern suburbs of Perth. The Role

As a Cleaner you will carry out internal cleaning duties, including the maintenance of carpets and hard floor surfaces, bathroom cleaning, furniture and fittings, window cleaning, dusting, rubbish removal and other items of general cleaning. In addition to this, it is highly desirable that you also carry out external cleaning duties, including the cleaning of verandas and covered areas, rubbish removal, cleaning of drinking troughs, window cleaning, removal of cobwebs and other general cleaning duties to give the schools hygiene a high priority.

Successful applicants will ideally have good attention to detail and will be able to work well both individually and as part of a team to ensure a clean and safe school environment. Successful applicants will ideally be organised, reliable, punctual and have excellent knowledge of cleaning equipment and safe cleaning procedures, methods, and practices.

  • be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
