Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Expedite parts for planned maintenance events, ensuring timely delivery to support business operations.
  • Chase overdue orders to maintain a smooth procurement process.
  • Track overnight deliveries to remote sites, guaranteeing efficient logistics management.
  • Track back-ordered parts for timely delivery, minimizing delays.
  • Distribute reports to key contacts for action, facilitating effective decision-making.
  • Coordinate invoice queries with the wider business, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
  • Develop reporting and processes to support the procure-to-pay process, enhancing overall efficiency.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years' experience in supply chain with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. They will also demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team environment, strong time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
