Job Opportunity: Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to oversee our 24/7 field and workshop operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring OEM-standard servicing, repairs, and fleet uptime for heavy mobile equipment, earthmoving machinery, and more.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the daily coordination of field-based service personnel outside of the workshop.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of our maintenance services.
  • Grow the client base through regular contact and forward planning demand.
  • Recruit and develop staff within the services team.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in heavy diesel mechanical maintenance, including diagnostics, repairs, and major component overhauls.
  • Strong supervisory experience leading multi-disciplined teams.
  • Ability to manage workshop solutions, parts supply, and field service vehicles in demanding site conditions.
  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and reducing costs through innovative end-to-end management.
