Sydney Customer Experience Ambassador

About This Role:
This is a customer-facing position in a dynamic team environment, working for a reputable real estate investment company. The successful individual will require a professional approach, the ability to work independently, strong organisational and time management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
The daily responsibilities will include greeting guests and customers with warmth, performing reception/concierge style tasks, coordinating and serving corporate lunches and events, ensuring the premises is immaculately presented and fully stocked at all times, and managing the tenant portal and supporting the Marketing team with content and ideas.
Requirements:
Prior experience in hospitality, ability to build and maintain relationships, excellent verbal and written communication skills, sense of humour & professionalism with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Working Environment:
High-end serviced office space in the heart of Sydney CBD, with luxurious surroundings and access to health club, squash court and end of trip facilities.
