We are looking for an exceptional Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team in the heart of Sydney. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Your duties will include:

  • Rolling out the red carpet of hospitality to ensure every guest feels valued and appreciated
  • Communicating effectively with guests and colleagues to drive cohesive collaboration and excellent outcomes
  • Transforming challenges into opportunities to exceed customer expectations and create lasting memories
  • Promoting hotel amenities and services by demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and offerings
  • Sharing local knowledge and insider tips to make our guests' stays truly special
  • Displaying proficiency in accurately handling reservations and managing guest accounts
Requirements:
