Project Coordinator

As a key player in our team, the Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless campaign delivery and effective communication with stakeholders. This role supports our phone sales team by coordinating various aspects of campaigns.

The channel specialises in expertly crafted phone sales campaigns, acting as an extension of the cellar door experience for winery clients. We've worked with numerous wineries across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Coordination:
    • Assist winery clients in curating their wine offerings for Direct Phone Sales Campaigns, ensuring all details are accurate.
    • Collaborate with the Account Manager to optimise campaign offerings and align deals with overarching goals.
  • Zoho CRM Management:
    • Work alongside the Systems Support Administrator to ensure accurate input of campaign offerings into Zoho CRM, reflecting real-time data.
    • Assist in building and refining workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Day-to-day operations:
    • Support daily operational tasks by communicating updates to the sales team.
    • Triage and manage queries from the phone sales team that require confirmation from winery clients.
  • Stakeholder Training & Documentation:
    • In partnership with the Direct team lead, deliver engaging training sessions for the Wine Sales team.
    • Create and maintain clear documentation for campaign processes and workflows.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the Direct Management team, Wine Sales Specialists, and Marketing team to support campaign needs.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in campaign or project coordination (or similar role).
  • Excellent proficiency in Zoho CRM (or similar platform), and project management tools.
  • Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with experience able to use basic formulas and functions.
  • Organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Analytical, with a track record of working effectively in process-driven environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in wine is beneficial but not essential.
