Supporting Older Australians in Their Own Homes

We have a unique opportunity for dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Workers. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to older Australians in their own homes. This is a chance to make a meaningful difference in people's lives and be part of a supportive organization.

Your key responsibilities will include assisting with daily tasks such as household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance, and transport. You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them maintain their independence.

This is a permanent part-time position, with various shifts available Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have an unrestricted Australian driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and Third Party Property Damage Insurance. They will also possess strong communication skills, resilience, and patience.
