- Experience as a multi-skilled Registered Nurse with home care experience.
- Current Registration with AHPRA, with zero notations.
- Interest in working in the community and with the aged population.
- Compassion and enthusiasm, with a friendly approach.
- Strong experience in wound and catheter care.
- Advanced clinical assessment skills for chronic disease management.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Current Australian driver's license.
Provide wound, catheter, stoma and bowel care, administer medications and injections, and provide chronic disease management to clients in their own home covering Forster & Taree areas.
