Senior Operations Manager

The Senior Operations Manager will lead the sales, operations, and processes of the steel fabrication division. With a focus on strategic planning, supplier relationships, and expanding operations across commercial and residential construction.

This role drives growth by developing and implementing business strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). Key responsibilities include:

  • Streamlining workshop processes and planning workflows effectively
  • Developing and implementing operational efficiency initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Trade Qualifications)
  • Background in a leadership capacity with a Steel Fabrication or Construction company
  • Ability to review and analyze engineering and architectural drawings
  • Highly professional communication skills verbally and in writing
