As a Critical Care Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, while also promoting a safe and supportive work environment for our staff.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the ICU team to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality and safety objectives.
- Foster a culture of open communication, respect, and professionalism within the ICU team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or postgraduate qualification in clinical nursing or management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in critical care nursing, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent clinical skills, knowledge, and expertise in critical care nursing.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
