Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled High Voltage Electrician to join our team at Foxleigh Mine. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing servicing, repair, and maintenance of large-scale mobile mining equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing of electrical equipment, including high-voltage systems.
  • Equipment Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnostic analysis to identify and resolve electrical issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other maintenance personnel to ensure seamless equipment operation and minimize downtime.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and advancements in electrical maintenance and repair.
Requirements
  • Australian Recognised High Voltage Electrician Trade Certification
  • Experience working on electric drive trucks
  • High Voltage Switching Certification
  • High level of technical skills on a diverse fleet of equipment
  • Experience working on various heavy earthmoving equipment
  • Outstanding troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Queensland Electrical Fitter Mechanic Trade Certificate
  • Standard 11
  • Coal Board Medical
