Strategic Merchandise Planner

The Iconic, a leading Australian and New Zealand fashion e-commerce platform, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join its women's wear team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving departmental growth, managing priorities during peak planning periods, and striving for continuous improvement in processes, systems, and tools.
About the Role- Communicate effectively with senior management, respectfully challenging when required
- Use influence and knowledge to drive department growth
- Effectively manage prioritization of own and direct team's workload during peak planning periods
- Strive for continuous improvement in own department, whether it be processes, systems or tools
- Collaborate cross-departmentally, establishing strong relationships with other Category Management departments
- Work cross-functionally, establishing strong relationships with key departments
- Challenges, develops, and inspires direct reports
- Demonstrate strong communication and management skills, ensuring deadlines are met and direct reports have a clear understanding of what is required of them at all times
