Job Title: CT Applications Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, clinical knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide post-sale installation, training, and customer service activities and support for CT systems.
  • Perform on-site clinical in-servicing and go-live support to ensure seamless transition and optimal system performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to customers, dealers, and internal personnel to ensure optimal use and maintenance of CT systems.
Requirements:
  • A suitably qualified clinical or technical professional in Diagnostic Radiography/Medical Radiation Science.
  • Demonstrated clinical scanning proficiency on current products/platforms.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in CT clinical/technical roles, with previous experience on GE CT platforms preferred but not essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and translate complex technical data and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate on business objectives.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the development of solutions that meet customer needs.
