Agricultural Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our cropping operations from ground preparation to harvest. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate young farmer with a strong background in irrigation and cropping.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising farm hands, making operational decisions, and contributing to the ongoing transition to modern infrastructure. They will also work closely with our team to implement best practices and improve crop yields.

• Lead day-to-day cropping operations from ground prep to harvest
• Manage irrigation systems including bankless and siphon setups
• Supervise farm hands and make operational decisions
• Contribute to the ongoing transition to modern infrastructure

• Hands-on experience in irrigation and cropping
• Confidence operating machinery and equipment
• Spraying experience + ChemCert (or willingness to get certified)
• Basic agronomy knowledge and mechanical aptitude
• Good record-keeping and communication skills
• A positive attitude and leadership potential

• Salary: $110,000-$130,000 p/a, commensurate with experience
