Farming Manager Position

This role opens doors for you to build your skills, take on more responsibility, or explore new sectors within agriculture.
The Role- Lead day-to-day cropping operations from ground preparation to harvest.
- Manage irrigation systems including bankless and siphon setups.
- Supervise farm hands and make operational decisions.
You'll contribute to the ongoing transition to modern infrastructure and be part of a proactive team that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement in agricultural practices.
Your Qualifications- Hands-on experience in irrigation and cropping.
- Confidence operating machinery and equipment.
- Spraying experience + ChemCert (or willingness to get certified).
- Basic agronomy knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
- Good record-keeping and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and leadership potential.
