Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Calvary The Brelsford in Coffs Harbour. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our dedicated team and families to ensure a high standard of individualized care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and support to our care team, utilizing your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build collaborative relationships.
- Facilitate input from residents, their families, our team, and internal and external health professionals to enable us to deliver a high standard of care, services, and quality lifestyle for our residents.
- Support and lead a multi-disciplinary team, utilizing your knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing aged care.
- Assess and care plan for the older person, utilizing your demonstrated experience and skills.
- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing aged care
- Demonstrated experience in assessment and care planning of the older person
- Ability to support and lead a multi-disciplinary team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others
