The Role

A procurement specialist will support the delivery of procurement services that align with business objectives. This involves coordinating sourcing activities, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and contributing to continuous improvement across procurement processes.

  • Provide specialist advice and manage source-to-contract procurement processes in alignment with business objectives and compliance protocols
  • Lead the development, coordination, and execution of complex tenders, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations
  • Deliver accurate procurement reporting, market analysis, and dashboards to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Apply risk mitigation strategies for high-value procurements and ensure fair, transparent, and ethical sourcing practices
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and support procurement planning, market briefings, and supplier relationship management

Requirements

  • Experience in procurement or related field, preferably three years or more, or multiple roles over four years with solid procurement experience
  • Planning, preparing, managing, and evaluating RFXs (request for tenders, quotes, etc)
  • Planning, preparing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts for execution in op-ex and cap-ex settings
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
  • Solid oral and written communication skills together with excellent interpersonal skills, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, procurement systems, and data analysis tools
