The Opportunity

  • Lead a high-quality educational program in a safe, fun, and positive environment.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Assume responsibility for day-to-day operations as a Responsible Person when needed.
  • Be flexible with full-time working hours and contribute to the opening and closing of the centre.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Centre Manager or Educational Leader, who oversees the centre's operation and implements strategic direction set by Executive Management.

What You'll Bring

  • Relevant qualifications approved by ACECQA.
  • Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Current First Aid certificate, Working with Children Check, up-to-date immunisation, and Police Clearance.

Desirables

  • Good computer skills.
  • Previous experience as a Responsible Person.
  • Food Safety Certificate.
