Marketing Specialist

This role focuses on coordinating and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple community developments.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property development marketing, with experience in greenfield, land, or communities.


Key responsibilities include managing website updates, EDM campaigns, and social media content creation, as well as overseeing the production of marketing collateral and display suite materials.


The Marketing Specialist will also execute digital marketing strategies, monitor campaign performance, and contribute to reporting and insights using analytics tools.


In addition, the successful candidate will support the implementation of customer personalisation and emerging AI marketing tools, work with creative agencies and PR teams, and coordinate community events and customer engagement activities.


Requirements include 2-3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in property development, with a strong focus on digital marketing skills and proficiency with marketing platforms.


A tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field is essential, along with excellent written communication and project management abilities.


The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and enthusiastic about innovative marketing solutions.
