About the Role:A key leadership position at a prominent educational institution is seeking an accomplished Marketing and Communications Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our reputation, developing marketing strategies to drive organisational objectives, and fostering a strong team culture.
This high-profile position reports directly to the Director of Development and Community Relations and represents the School community externally and internally. The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a proven track record in leading a team, and expertise in digital marketing, project management, and content development.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a small team, facilitating a new website and social platforms, content management, project management, communications with stakeholders, managing external agencies, and providing strategic marketing input on strategy implementation.
The successful candidate will have a passion for education and driving excellence in youth development/community arenas, as well as a desire to commit to ongoing professional development.
