Job Overview

Oji Fibre Solutions, a leading global manufacturer of innovative fibre packaging solutions, produces cardboard boxes to support customer products. The company seeks result-driven Production Team Members to join the corrugated packaging site in Yatala.

Responsibilities
  • Report to the Afternoon Shift Manager and assist with the setup and operation of packaging machines (Corrugator, Gluer, Stacker).
  • Ensure all jobs are run to specification to achieve operational excellence in safety, quality, and customer service objectives.
  • Contribute to a safe working environment by following Workplace Health and Safety standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Prior experience in operating heavy equipment is essential.
  • Ability to read and understand SOPs, safety instructions, and manuals.
  • Strong interest/good knowledge of mechanical devices.
  • Desire to learn new skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Current forklift licence is desirable.
  • Safety First mentality is mandatory.
