About the Role
As a Blister Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring blister packaging machines to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. You will play a key role in ensuring that products are packed accurately, safely, and in compliance with cGMP standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor blister packaging machines efficiently and safely
- Perform routine quality checks on blister packs to ensure compliance with specifications
- Follow batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and SOPs with accuracy
- Troubleshoot machine issues and escalate when necessary
- Complete all required documentation clearly and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in line with GMP standards
- Participate in changeovers and ensure minimal downtime
- Uphold cGMP, hygiene, and workplace safety at all times
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience operating blister or packaging machinery in a GMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food manufacturing)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on tasks
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
