Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Medical Imaging Department as a Paediatric Sonographer. This role involves providing imaging services to patients and referrers in the Ultrasound Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver evidence-based practice in Medical Imaging procedures and interventions
  • Provide efficient and high-quality imaging services, including staff recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Model a commitment to continuing professional development and support junior staff in developing and accomplishing professional goals and objectives
  • Manage a complex and varied clinical caseload, leading daily workflow and administrative duties
Requirements:
  • Post Graduate Diploma (or equivalent) in Sonography with suitable undergraduate Degree Accreditation with the ASAR
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in Sonography
  • Previous paediatric experience is preferred but not essential
