Job Role:

Civil Project Leadership

This exciting opportunity exists for a seasoned civil project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring their expertise in managing complex civil projects from inception to completion.

The role will involve ensuring that projects are scoped, designed, built, and delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will develop and execute delivery strategies using specialist project management tools to deliver multi-staged projects efficiently.

You will facilitate cost planning and procurement, manage stakeholder expectations, and lead the delivery of civil construction and landscape construction in accordance with project programs.

About the Role:

  • Prior experience as a civil project manager with a strong understanding of civil construction works.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in procurement and contract administration of Australian Standard construction contracts or modified versions thereof.
  • Excellent time-management skills and a proactive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Civil, Environmental) or Construction Management, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
