As a highly skilled and compassionate healthcare professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to patients undergoing endoscopy and minor procedures. Your primary role will involve providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality care to patients before, during, and after procedures, including pre-procedure preparation, intra-procedure support, and post-procedure recovery.
  • Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and discharge planning.
  • Ensure adherence to risk management guidelines and implement strategies to maintain high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Maintain current knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training, promoting professional growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA is essential.
  • Experience in Endoscopy is desirable but not necessary.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate patient care, and demonstrate competence in clinical problem-solving.
  • Exposure to admissions, recovery, and procedural areas is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work across all shifts and on-call is required.
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification is necessary.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to maintain accurate clinical and assessment data.
