We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage subcontractors and suppliers in the development and construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring their work aligns with agreed scopes, specifications, designs, and contracts.

Key Responsibilities

The following tasks are critical to this role:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Work under an experienced Site Manager, carrying out outlined duties.
  • Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and to a high standard.
  • Conduct site inspections and report progress.
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must have:

  • A Cert IV Trade in Carpentry or TAFE Building Diploma.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, and associated software.
  • Class 2 Building experience.
  • Working knowledge of the Building Code of Australia, Security of Payments Act, WHS Act/Regulations, and Codes of Practice.
  • Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
