Senior Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a key leadership position within our organization. As a Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills and experience in advisory, tax planning, compliance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client engagements (advisory, tax planning and compliance matters)
  • Supervise daily assignments (allocate work, review work, coordinate workflow to ensure maximum outcomes, mentor and train staff)
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Work on client assignments as instructed by senior management
  • Contribute to practice development and attend management functions

To succeed in this role, you must have extensive business services and client-facing experience, with at least 5 years of senior-level experience within an Australian public practice. You should also demonstrate strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with technology and accounting software systems.
