Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Despatch Supervisor.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive excellence in our operations and take on a key leadership role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 10 members, ensuring all operational aspects of company policies are adhered to, maintaining customer service levels, and driving initiatives to improve WH&S programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team through mentorship and support
  • Maintain customer service levels to guarantee delivery requirements are achieved
  • Daily planning, allocation, and staff rosters
  • Drive initiatives to maintain and improve WH&S program
  • Work closely with the Logistics team to ensure high standard of customer service

Requirements:

  • Proven success in leading teams
  • Intermediate Excel skills as reports need to be prepared
  • Creative thinking and exceptional problem-solving capacity
