Therapist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic therapist to join our multidisciplinary Allied Health team. As an occupational therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with children who require occupational therapy services in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help children achieve their developmental milestones, including fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
  • Educate and involve parents and carers to facilitate the development and learning of children.
  • Assist children with developmental delays in learning everyday tasks, such as bathing, getting dressed, brushing teeth, and feeding themselves.
  • Support children with behavioural issues by maintaining positive behaviours in all environments.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Eligibility for AHPRA registration upon graduating.
  • Graduated within the last 12 months or graduating in the near future.
  • A valid driver's license with access to your own vehicle.
  • Working with Children Check clearance.
  • Clear Police Check.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
