Better Rehab has recently expanded into the Northern Territory and our services are thriving thanks to incredible feedback from our participants. Our two, experienced and dedicated, on-the-ground Occupational Therapists are looking for a like-minded colleague and we're inviting early-career or experienced OTs to join our team. This is a remote role supporting NDIS participants of all ages across Darwin—be part of something meaningful and make a real impact.

Day-to-day You Will

  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
  • Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you're dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges, you'll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.

About You

We're after OT's who get restless when they see room for improvement and aren't afraid to speak up about it. Who have a fire in their belly about participant care and treat participant goals like personal missions, not just checkboxes on a form.

You Will Also Hold
  • Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist - limited may be considered on a case by case basis
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
  • This role is open to OTs of all levels.
