**Job Summary**

This role involves overseeing equipment and facility maintenance, utilising commercial knowledge to drive business growth and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage store maintenance for assigned equipment and facilities.
  • Utilise the Mend Hub system to process maintenance tickets.
  • Ensure facilities and equipment are ready for regular operations and special events.
  • Maintain records of warranties, service agreements, inspections and contracts for various pieces of equipment.
  • Negotiate pricing for store maintenance and equipment.
  • Maintain inventory and distribution of equipment.
  • Provide recommendations for purchasing new equipment.
  • Collaborate with management staff to prepare budgets.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years' experience in maintenance or equipment management.
  • Critical thinking and initiative.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly organised.
  • Strong work ethics.
