Visual Design Lead

We are seeking an experienced Visual Design Lead to join our team. This role plays a key part in crafting campaign concepts and bringing visual ideas to life with clarity, consistency, and flair.

This involves strategic thinking, collaboration, and confidence in one's craft.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Led visual execution across integrated campaigns.
  • Developed design solutions that met client and brand objectives.
  • Taken ownership of creative quality, consistency, and polish.

They will be able to present creative work, demonstrate expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and digital-first creative thinking, and show interest in emerging design technologies.

We hold regular performance reviews at 3, 6, and 12 months to support creative development. Reviews focus on conceptual strength, executional leadership, creative independence, and cross-functional collaboration.

We operate a robust brand platform, BrandOSX, which enables us to automate and industrialize advertising execution and drive constant improvement.
