About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at our Oxley plant. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising two staff members and providing administrative leadership to ensure the smooth operation of our Supply Chain Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and provide administrative leadership to the Oxley plant team.
  • Assist the Service Centre Manager with data analysis for budget management.
  • Coordinate financial information related to plant hire equipment and inventory.
  • Manage staff timesheets and ensure accurate payroll data entry using Kronos.
  • Oversee purchasing of stationery, PPE, and uniforms.
  • Support the safety and environmental management systems.
  • Manage accounts payable and inventory reconciliation.
Requirements
  • Experience in administration and some experience supervising a small team.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of safety management systems is a plus.
Salary and Benefits
