Care Home Clinical Nurse Leader

Clinical care managers play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining an environment where residents feel valued, respected, and supported. As a leader, you will work closely with the home manager to ensure that each resident's individual needs, wishes, and goals are met.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical and leadership support to the home manager.
- Leading the clinical care team, ensuring they understand and respect the unique identity, culture, diversity, beliefs, and life experiences of each resident.
- Delivering time-specific quality and clinical improvement projects at a care home level.
This is an opportunity for a senior nurse to lead a team and contribute to improving patient outcomes.
About You- You must hold current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a registered nurse.
- You should have working knowledge of WH&S and infection control.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior management role within the aged care sector is required, with a proven track record.
- Quality assurance certificate or equivalent experience is preferred.
- You should possess a proven ability in quality management using a teambuilding approach through mentoring and staff development.
- A high level of commitment, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness is essential.
- An inherent curiosity and a personal value of wanting to improve continuously is desirable.
