Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Host various functions, including hen's / buck's parties, kid's birthdays, and corporate events.
  • Work in our bar serving creative cocktails and delicious delights.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver the ultimate Funlab experience.
Requirements
  • Uniqueness and a passion for fun.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it.
  • Customer service, hospitality, or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport.
  • A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids, and adults.
  • Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights.
  • A valid RSA or willingness to obtain one.
