We are seeking a seasoned animal production professional to join our team. As an Animal Production Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients on animal health and nutrition strategies.
- Provide technical support and sales guidance to staff and growers to ensure the success of our customers' operations.
- Collaborate with regional managers and key account managers to implement and expand our animal production services offerings.
- Develop and implement business plans to capitalize on market growth opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
- Contribute to the development of internal training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
You will have a degree in agricultural science or a related field (majoring in animal production/nutrition) combined with relevant experience in animal health and nutrition. You must possess excellent customer service and account management skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective business strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
