Job Overview

We are seeking a polished, professional and passionate Spa Coordinator to join our team.

  • Greet guests warmly and guide them through their visit
  • Maintain the serene and polished presentation of the space
  • Offer refreshments and ensure every touchpoint feels premium
  • Manage payments and recommend products aligned with treatments
  • Assist with stock management and product ordering

Responsibilities

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing reception role, ideally in a salon, spa or wellness environment
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation
  • A calm, organised multitasker with incredible attention to detail
  • Strong customer service instincts and a genuine passion for wellness
  • Availability for occasional evenings or weekends
  • Experience with Zenoti is a bonus (but not essential)
