Job Title: Sales and Product Specialist

A challenging opportunity for a skilled professional to provide assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process by identifying customer business requirements.


About the Role:

The position will be responsible for providing support and enabling sales teams in the qualification of customer needs, generating quotations within agreed service level agreements, and ensuring timely information exchange with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support salespeople in identifying customer needs and developing solutions.
  • Generate and provide customer quotations within agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain close contact with sales teams and stakeholders to ensure timely information exchange.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require relevant Microsoft certifications, TAFE qualifications or university education in IT, and 3+ years of experience in a similar role. A current driver's license and valid motor vehicle insurance are also essential.
