This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrative officer to join our team in a hospital setting. Duties and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include carrying out reception duties, developing and maintaining systems to provide timely and accurate data, and providing friendly and professional customer service to families, carers, and patients. The successful candidate will work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment and demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, applicants must have demonstrated experience using patient database systems such as iPM or Cerner, clerical or administration experience in a health, hospital, or medical environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows including Outlook, Word, and Excel. They must also possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to maintain confidentiality.
