Job Description
  1. Showroom Representation
  • Welcome and assist customers, providing personalized support and guidance through our extensive collection.
Client Relationship Building
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and find the perfect pieces for their homes.
Sales Process Support
  • Process orders in person, over the phone, and via email, handling the administrative side of sales with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, logging and tracking interactions for a seamless sales experience.
Collaboration and Teamwork
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share feedback, and develop strategies for collective success.
Showroom Maintenance
  • Assist with showroom updates and maintain a clean, organized space that reflects our brand's high standards.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for customer service and a keen interest in design and furniture.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in retail or furniture.
  • A positive, professional attitude and a strong sense of initiative.
  • Availability to work weekends and a minimum of 3 days per week.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to maintain showroom presentation to MCM House's high standards.
