About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Retail Operations Consultant to join our team at Techweave. As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences by implementing and training clients on Cin7 and other Inventory Management Systems.

Your primary focus will be on leading end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration with Shopify. You will develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans in collaboration with clients, conduct thorough training sessions, and travel to client sites as needed for implementations and training.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management principles, excellent project management skills, and outstanding communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Cin7 and other IMS systems, ensuring seamless integration with Shopify
  • Develop and execute implementation plans in collaboration with clients
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for client teams
  • Travel to client sites as needed for implementations and training
  • Manage project timelines and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
  • Document implementation processes and client configurations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges
  • Collaborate with our technical team to ensure successful project delivery

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in implementing inventory management systems, particularly Cin7
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management principles
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience in delivering technical training
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
