Salary and Benefits$25-$32 per hour plus salary sacrificing options. We also offer a range of benefits, including childcare discounts for eligible employees, a $1000 referral bonus, and access to nationally recognised qualifications in early childhood education and care.
Job DescriptionAs an Early Childhood Educator, you will support and guide children's learning and development, helping them become curious, capable, and confident lifelong learners. You will collaborate with your team to create a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment.
Required Skills and QualificationsYou will need a minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or be willing to commence studying that qualification. You must also have First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification, a valid Blue Card, and a current Police Check within three months.
Working with UsWe welcome children from 6 weeks of age to 5 years old and provide care and early learning five days a week. Our service has been open to the community for over 27 years, offering a strong sense of belonging and relationships with our educators. We encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and people from all backgrounds.
