Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team.
About the Position
  • This role will be responsible for delivering strategic guidance and support across contracting partnerships, procurement and contract management.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, including experience working with design teams, tender and procurement processes, and a sound understanding of construction contract administration.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-level project coordination, ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders.
  • Tender Phase – documentation, assessment and finalisation.
  • Construction – superintendency, project claims and certification, reporting and contract administration.
  • Project Administration.
  • Contract administration including Superintending.

We require a skilled professional who possesses:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Strong communication and writing skills (formal & informal).
  • Ability to work proactively and autonomously.
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
