As a Personal Carer or Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting ageing adults to maintain their independence and dignity at home.

About the Role:

  • You will be working directly with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor your care to meet their individual requirements.
  • With a focus on building strong relationships, you will provide emotional support and companionship to help alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery of care services and achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • We are seeking individuals who possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care.
  • Experience in aged care, support work, and a Certificate III or above in Individual Support or similar is highly desirable.
  • Located in the Wollongong area, you must be willing to travel up to 30-40 minutes within your local area.
  • A valid Australian open driver license, access to a reliable car, and comprehensive car insurance are also essential requirements.
  • Rights to work in Australia with no restrictions are required.
