About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Vision Australia. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who are blind or have low vision to live the life they choose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group occupational therapy training and intervention programs
  • Deliver and evaluate clients through various interactive and digital assessments
  • Assess and train clients in the use of assistive devices and equipment to perform everyday activities
  • Provide advice on low-vision techniques and strategies to improve occupational performance and quality of life
About You

To be successful in this role, you must hold a nationally recognized qualification in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). You will also have knowledge and skills in working with children, adults, and older adults, as well as being a team player who is passionate about supporting people to live life on their terms.
