As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include:

  • Case management of DVA files within medical, psychosocial, and vocational rehabilitation
  • Managing DVA files within the DVA legislative framework
  • Liaising with clients, their families, and medical providers to assist veterans transition to civilian life



What You'll Bring to the Role

We're looking for individuals with qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counsellor, and Physiotherapy. You'll also need:

  • A willingness to travel (A current vehicle and driver's license compulsory)
  • Sound knowledge of DVA files and legislation
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
  • A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
