Job Overview

As a seasoned IT professional, we are seeking an expert in cloud-native environments to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern workplace tools, including Google Workspace and the Atlassian suite.

  • Manage and maintain SaaS ecosystem — ensuring tools are well-configured, licensed, and running smoothly
  • Own and improve MDM processes using platforms like FleetDM or Intune, including device onboarding, policy management, and endpoint compliance
  • Lead or contribute to IT infrastructure and SaaS-related projects — from scoping and implementation through to optimisation
  • Act as the Level 3 escalation point for technical support, helping to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows using tools like Python, PowerShell, Bash, Zapier, or Tines to improve internal efficiency
  • Manage identity and access workflows across systems, ensuring secure practices through SAML, SCIM, and 2FA integrations
  • Maintain accurate, user-friendly documentation and knowledge base content to support the broader IT team and business
  • Collaborate with IT Support, Security, and cross-functional teams to continuously improve the reliability, security, and usability of our internal systems

Key qualifications include:

  • 5+ years in Systems Administrator or Systems Engineer roles, growing their expertise and taking on increasing responsibility
  • Hands-on experience with modern workplace tools, think Google Workspace and the Atlassian suite (Jira, JSM, Confluence)
  • Confidence in managing device onboarding, policy deployment, and endpoint compliance with MDM platforms like FleetDM or Intune
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management, from 2FA and SAML to SCIM integrations
  • Comfortable working with REST APIs and scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell, plus experience with automation tools like Zapier or Tines
  • Ability to provide Level 3 support and help resolve escalations with confidence
  • Passion for creating and maintaining good documentation and internal knowledge bases
  • Experience in multiple IT infrastructure or SaaS projects and contributing meaningfully in a project-based environment
