Electrical Operations Lead

This is a senior electrical role that involves overseeing daily construction activities on-site, fostering a strong safety culture, and ensuring timely project delivery. Your expertise will be invaluable in this position as you drive performance, innovate processes, and mentor team members.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in the electrical industry, relevant trade qualifications, and certificates such as WA 'A' Grade Electrical License and Certificate IV in Building & Construction Supervision or Project Management. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential for managing diverse teams and collaborating with stakeholders.

Beyond technical competencies, we seek someone with a proven track record of problem-solving, ability to manage pressure, and a focus on delivering results.
